service & waranty When you have purchased a trioBike, you have the right to a service check up. The service checkup will be managed by the dealer from where you got your bike delivered. The chosen shop must always be the shop you refer to.
The first service will be free of charge. If contrary to expectation a defect to the product should occur within the period of 2 years guarantee, and the defect is not due to cause of improper or irresponsible use of the product, the dealer is your security for quick help.
Remember always to bring invoice and receipt, when approaching your dealer.
The trioBike is mainly produced with standard components. If you are unable to reach an authorized trioBike dealer, you can easily approach you local trained bicycle shop for mechanical assistance.
trioBike A/S and the local dealer reserve the right to disregard the right of service if information on the receipt have been removed or have been changed after the date of purchase. The guarantee will not cover other defects than defects to the material, shape or functions. The guarantee will not cover periodic controls, repairs or changes in spare parts, that are due to wrong handling or misuse of the bike and/or pushchair. Return policy: Terms of delivery when purchasing on the INTERNET and collecting the product at trioBike A/S shop or at one of trioBikes sales partners/dealers, the terms of the return policy will not be imposed.
If you receive goods that are visible damaged or looks to have been damaged during transportation, you should not sign for it. All rights of the 14 days return policy will not be in effect, if the product has been used. |
