Terms of delivery
Freight rate:
The freight rate is not included in the price. When ordering a trioBike freight rate will be added on top of the purchase price. Please contact trioBike on info@triobike.dk for freight cost to your country. Delivery:
Delivery will under normal circumstances be between 2 – 3 weeks. The product will be sent to your home address or to the address noted on the order confirmation. When your order is ready for delivery you will be contacted by trioBike. Either by phone or mail. It is therefore important that you state your phone number in the order confirmation, so that we can contact you. Note that delivery on Sundays and holidays, and outside working hours, will involve higher freight rates.
When you have ordred your trioBike on our website, you will receive an email confirming:

Product Price Contact info for trioBike A/S Invoice:
An invoice will de included in the delivery. You are advised to save the invoice and the receipt for the purchase (bank printout). Payment:
If you are a customer living outside Denmark and make an order on our website you will be asked to make a bank transfer to our account. The full payment must be done by bank transfer,
SWIFT and IBAN codes will be send to you once the order is placed. Only when the full payment is received we can release the products. When we receive your payment via bank transfer you will immediately be notified, by trioBike A/S .
Warranty: trioBike AS guarantees that the product is delivered without defects in material and functions. You are covered by a two year guarantee. Necessary documentation for covering a guarantee are invoice and receipt (bank printout). |
